The Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police is in charge of appointing the board. The board shall have 11 members, six of whom must be external members who together shall represent wider policing and social interests with regard to the college’s activities.
Students shall be represented on the board by one person from the main college in Oslo and one from the campus in Bodø. Odd Reidar Humlegård, head of The National Mobile Police Service , has been appointed Chairman of the board.
