The Norwegian Police University College offers a 3-year programme that leads to a bachelor’s degree. The programme is professionally oriented and intended to provide a broad theoretical and practical basis for police work.
The Norwegian Police University College also offers a Master’s degree in Police Science. The Master in Police Science gives 120 credits (European Credit Transfer System ECTS). This is an experience-based programme designed to meet the need for higher analysis and research competence within the police service.
In addition, the Norwegian Police University College is active in a wide range of areas linked to further and continuing education. The primary target group comprises police employees and county administrative officials. The University College runs a variety of study programmes and courses every year.
