Experience and background
I am a doctoral student associated with the University of Bergen, Faculty of Psychology, Department of Social Psychology. I am a member of the Operational Psychology research group at the University of Bergen as well as the Operational Policing research group at the Norwegian Police University College. I am currently working on a larger research project that looks at mindsets and decision-making in sharp police operational missions. At the Norwegian Police University College I have taught a number of subjects, such as topics related to social psychology, cognitive interviewing, psychology of memory and communication and conflict management
