Experience and background
I am a professor of police leadership and organizational learning here at PHS and have recently completed a major research project on police leadership and police reform. I have disseminated this research in the book 'Police leadership as practice' (2020) and Police leadership as practice (2021). I am currently doing research on response management/crisis management, where we have also researched the Gjerdrum landslide. I supervise master's theses and I am always interested in more master's theses within my research areas.Competence areas
